Any rider 4-H OR NOT under 18 years of age MUST have a signed parents permission to ride at ANY Westford Fairgrounds horse show. IF the riders parent/guardian  is NOT at the show, than a SEPERATE RELEASE/MEDICAL form MUST be filled out. This applies to EVERYONE 4H and NOT!
